| You're lucky if you live in Flagstaff, because this is the best auto shop in the country (my opinion only, of course). After bringing my vehicle to 5 other shops across the country (I'm a roadtripper), howard was able to identify my problem in seconds and have the repairs done within hours. He offered to bring it in the same day we spoke, but I couldn't until the next morning. Super respectful, on-point, fairly priced, honest shop. Super hard to find. |

| We found ourselves stuck in Flagstaff with a potentially serious problem with our car. New to the area, we went searching for an honest repair shop that could help us figure out what was going on. Flagstaff Auto Repair evaluated the situation and gave us the information we needed without overcharging us for the estimate. As a result, we were able to get back to Texas safely! Next time we are in Flagstaff, we won't think twice. We will use F.A.R. for all of our car needs. |

| I loved the service and the work. I have only had the vehicle for a few weeks and no problems yet. I did like the one year warranty. The only gripe I have is that I have to wait until the end of the day for an update on the vehicle. It makes it difficult to plan ahead when I have to wait until the end of the day to be informed of the status of the vehicle. Not that big of a problem to knock off a star. I will be returning to this shop in the future and will recommend to others. |

| Took a bit to figure out what the issue was with my oil drips but they always do a thorough job and figured it out and it's a pleasure to chat with crew!! |

| Everyone was very rude and I had an appointment at 2pm but ended up finally getting my car checked an hour later. The staff seemed completely unaware and stressed out the entire duration of my visit. Like I previously stated, everyone was horrible. NEVER AGAIN. |
| Shop Comment I am very sorry you were not happy with the service you recieved, we do our best to get our set appoinments in at your appointed time, and I appoligize that you were not on the appointments I was the one who checked you in and as I told you, when you talked to us on the phone you were unclear if you were going to make it in so we penciled you in and when you and your young man freind showed up we got you in as soon as possible as there were other set appointments that showed up at there set appointed times, unfortantly it was a very hecktic day and again I deeply appoligize if we were in anyway rude to you. |
